By accessing or using any part of our website, services, content, or programs (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Educational Purpose Only

Trading Rich Inc. provides educational content and training resources focused on the financial markets, including but not limited to live screen-sharing sessions, video lessons, mentorship, and trade planning techniques.
We do not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations. All content is for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. User Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to access our services. By using this Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

3. No Guarantees of Profit

While many members have achieved success through our education, Trading Rich Inc. makes no guarantees that you will become profitable. Trading involves risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Your individual success will depend on your discipline, decision-making, and market conditions.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading stocks and options involves significant risk and is not suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your capital. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own trades, financial decisions, and risk management.

5. Membership & Access

Upon purchasing a membership, you will receive access to the Rich Day Trades community and educational content. This access is non-transferable and is intended for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your account without refund.

6. Refund Policy

At Trading Rich, we stand by the value of our program with a 30-day risk-free guarantee for all new members. If you’re not satisfied within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund—no hassle—provided you can show proof that you followed the trade alerts, executed the trade plans, and put in genuine effort.

After the initial 30-day period, your subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Please note: no partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued after the 30-day refund window has closed.

7. Community Conduct

We foster a respectful, constructive environment. Any form of harassment, hate speech, spamming, or abusive behavior toward other members or staff will result in immediate removal from the platform without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Rich Day Trades—including video lessons, PDFs, images, and live streams—are the intellectual property of Trading Rich Inc. You may not copy, share, reproduce, or redistribute this material without our express written consent.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Trading Rich Inc. be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform or reliance on any information provided therein.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
