Affiliate Policy

Effective Date: July 3, 2025

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Trading Rich Affiliate Program ("Program") invites individuals and organizations ("Affiliates") to partner with Trading Rich to promote its products and services. Through this Program, Affiliates can earn commissions by successfully referring new customers to Trading Rich via unique tracking links provided by Trading Rich.

2. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Commission Rate: Affiliates shall receive a commission equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the net sales price for all qualifying products and services sold by Trading Rich, provided the individual product or service transaction value is less than Ten Thousand United States Dollars ($10,000.00).

Qualifying Sales: Commissions are applicable to all digital and physical products, as well as subscription services offered by Trading Rich, where the purchase is completed by a customer referred directly through the Affiliate's unique tracking link.

Cookie Duration: A referral cookie, which tracks the customer's origin, will remain active for a period of thirty (30) days from the initial click on the Affiliate's unique link. Commissions will be attributed to the Affiliate for sales occurring within this 30-day window.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Frequency: Commissions will be calculated and paid on a monthly basis. Payments will be processed within thirty (30) days following the end of the calendar month in which the qualifying sales were completed.

Minimum Payout Threshold: A minimum accumulated commission balance of One Hundred United States Dollars ($100.00) is required for payout. If an Affiliate's earnings do not meet this threshold in a given payment cycle, the balance will automatically roll over to the subsequent cycle until the threshold is met.

Payment Methods: Payments will be disbursed via methods including, but not limited to, Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfer, wire transfer, PayPal, or check, based on the Affiliate's geographical location and chosen preference, where applicable.

Refunds and Chargebacks: In the event of a customer refund or chargeback for a referred sale, the corresponding commission previously paid or accrued to the Affiliate will be deducted from the Affiliate's current or future commission earnings.

Reserve Period: Trading Rich reserves the right to hold a portion of accrued earnings in reserve for up to sixty (60) days to mitigate the risk associated with potential customer refunds or chargebacks.

4. PERMITTED PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES

-Affiliates are authorized to promote Trading Rich products and services using the following methods, provided they adhere to all terms outlined herein:

-Creation of original, ethical, and truthful content via digital platforms such as blogs, social media channels, video platforms (e.g., YouTube), email newsletters, and webinars.

-Engagement in paid advertising campaigns, explicitly excluding any activities that involve brand bidding or misleading representations of Trading Rich.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the Affiliate's participation in the Program and forfeiture of accrued commissions:

Spamming: Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or engaging in any form of unsolicited communication.

Trademark Bidding: Bidding on Trading Rich trademarks, brand names, product names, URLs, or common misspellings thereof in any search engine marketing or paid advertising campaigns.

Misleading Content: Publishing, disseminating, or otherwise engaging in any promotional activities that contain false, misleading, or deceptive information regarding Trading Rich products, services, or the Program itself.

Impersonation: Creating websites, social media profiles, or any other digital presence that impersonates Trading Rich or suggests that the Affiliate is an official representative or employee of Trading Rich.

Cookie Stuffing/Fraud: Employing any unethical or fraudulent methods, including but not limited to, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any other techniques designed to artificially generate or inflate sales or commissions.

6. COMPLIANCE AND DISCLOSURE

FTC and Legal Compliance: Affiliates must, at all times, comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides, which require clear and conspicuous disclosure of the Affiliate's material connection to Trading Rich in all promotional content.

Policy Adherence: Strict adherence to all policies, guidelines, and terms set forth by Trading Rich, including those related to privacy, advertising, and prohibited activities, is mandatory.

Monitoring and Enforcement: Trading Rich reserves the right to monitor Affiliate activities and request proof of promotional efforts at any time. Non-compliant content or activities may result in the suspension or termination of the Affiliate's account.

7. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND TERMINATION

Termination by Trading Rich: Trading Rich reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to, violations of these terms, engagement in unethical practices, or prolonged inactivity (defined as no qualifying sales within a six-month period).

Forfeiture of Commissions: Upon termination due to a breach of this policy, any unpaid or accrued commissions will be forfeited by the Affiliate.

Affiliate Initiated Termination: Affiliates may terminate their participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to Trading Rich support.

8. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

Trading Rich reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, or terminate the Program, including but not limited to, changes in commission rates, product eligibility, or these terms and conditions, at its sole discretion. Affiliates will be provided with reasonable notice of any such changes. Continued participation in the Program after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. SUPPORT AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Affiliate Support: Trading Rich will provide reasonable support to Affiliates through designated channels, including email and, where applicable, phone support.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes pertaining to commission calculations, payments, or the interpretation of this policy must be submitted in writing to Trading Rich within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. Trading Rich will review the dispute and make a final determination.

TRADING RICH MANAGEMENT
